 Objective

- To train and develop human resource managers who have great enthusiasm to pursue and practice scientific studies and contemporary approaches in their profession with the awareness of responsibility to their organization and to their environment;

- To develop students’ academic knowledge, ability and ethical understanding and to enable them pursue the steps of scientific research process by collecting data, analyzing the problems in human resources management area and interpreting the results with provided solutions and creative recommendations.

Mission

Being an institution that adopts an understanding of participative management (governance) which cares about intradepartmental, organizational and interorganizational communication and coordination; that encourages continuous learning which complies with international standards, with the consideration of equal importance of theory and practice; that provides students with ability to search, analyze and synthesize; that makes use of advanced technology in order to facilitate an interactive educational system; and that acquires social and ethical values.

Training and developing entrepreneurs and managers who have acquired universal values.

 The length of education: 2 years

Admission Requirements: “ALES” (Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Exam), which is administered by OSYM, YDS or English Proficiency Exam administrated by YTU, GPA.
